To our Matt's Music Family
We want to thank each and everyone one of you for your consistent support, patronage, and patience throughout these uncertain times.
Moving forward Matt’s Music will be allowed to operate on a limited basis so that we can serve the needs of our students and working musicians. In order to be in compliance with the county, state, and federal mandates we will be doing things a little bit differently. We want to ensure that you, our customers and your health continue to be our first priority.
We want to ensure you that we are taking all the steps, as recommended by the CDC, to keep a clean and virus free environment. Which includes keeping 6ft of distance, the use of hand sanitizer, soap, and other cleaning products throughout the store. We ask that anyone exhibiting symptoms of any kind or who is not feeling 100%, to stay home for yours, your fellow neighbor, and our health and safety.
Our new mode of operations will go as follows:
We will be open Monday - Friday from 11am - 6pm (Starting Monday, March 23rd)
We will only be allowing one customer in the store at a time.
We will be providing over the phone orders, payment, and curb side pick up.
We will still be taking in all repairs.
We will NOT be having lessons during this time in the store.
We ask that everyone continue to be patient with us during these unusual circumstances; as we will be focusing on one customer in the store at a time. Please know what you need to buy so that we can expedite your time in the store for those who are waiting. We will have a sign on the door to knock, we will greet you, let you in, or to let you know that it will just be a few minutes. If you call in to order, we can now take your payment over the phone, and as soon as you let us know you’ve arrived we will run your items out to you.
Again, we thank and love all of our customers. Our prayers go out to all the
families and individuals affected by this, and hope that we will come out of
this stronger together.
